186|365 Busy Bees (7/9/11)
The bees were all over the crape myrtle blooms this morning so I averted my attention and practiced photographing the bees.
Meanwhile, Keith was as busy as a bee. Before the temperature reached a record 110 today, Keith got the sierra paint on the fence finished. He started about 7:00 am and had it all done by about 9:30 am. The Hudson style sprayer made the job much easier than rolling it, which he did the last time.
Unfortunately, I only got one seat reupholstered because Truman’s was closed so I couldn’t get the supplies I needed.
When it gets a little cooler tonight, we’re going to put primer on the chairs. It might be fun because we have a new toy, a spray painter. Keith thinks, with the oil-based enamel paint, the spray painter will be easier than painting with a brush and it will look much better.
