149|365 I Eat Bananas (6/2/11)
They say one contributing factor in getting night leg cramps is a low potassium level. Since I tend to get nocturnal leg cramps and they cause me great pain and panic, I now routinely eat potassium rich bananas. At least these days my leg isn’t sore for days and days after the leg cramps like it used to be.
I love having a big bowl of fruit on my table.
