73|365 Ludic Reading, Yes! (3/18/11)
This week is spring break at UCO and both of our kids were home for a few minutes this evening. As they came in they immediately noticed that their favorite magazine subscriptions arrived in the mail today. They sat at the counter and began reading for fun.
Do you remember the joy of reading for pleasure especially when on break from school? Reading for pleasure is also known as ludic reading. Ludic is from the latin word ludos, which means play.
