65|365 Ruminating on Repetition (3/10/11)

As a librarian my preference is to borrow items rather than own and store them.  However, we have several years of National Geographic on our book shelf because my husband wants them.  The repetition of the magazines’ color, size, and font with the one torn piece made them a candidate for my photography homework.  The assignment this week is to use the concept of an interrupted pattern, the rule of thirds as well as practice selecting the correct ISO, aperture and shutter speed.

Of note today:  Spring break has officially started for Travis so he’s home for a few days.  Guess that’s like a pattern interrupted.  Or, at least a returning pattern.
